
Terms of Service for e-Invoice Requisition
1. Introduction
Thank you for shopping at Hong Thai Hardware Sdn Bhd ("Hong Thai"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your request for an electronic invoice ("e-Invoice") when shopping at our store. By requesting an e-Invoice, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Requesting an e-Invoice
2.1 Eligibility: You must be a patron who has completed a cash transaction in-store and obtained a cash bill with prefix “CS” follow by 5-digit number (e.g. CSxxxxx) whether digital or printed copy.
2.2 Validity: You must request for an e-invoice within three (3) calendar day after the transaction.
2.3 Information Required: You will need to provide your valid email address and any other information as stipulated by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) for processing the e-Invoice.
3. Processing and Delivery
3.1 Processing Time: e-Invoices will be processed, validated by IRBM and sent to the provided email address at near real-time of the request.
3.2 Delivery Method: e-Invoices will be sent via email. Ensure that the email address provided is accurate and accessible. You are responsible to check recipient email from time to time.
4. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided for the e-Invoice is accurate. Hong Thai is not liable for any errors or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1 Data Collection: We collect personal data necessary to process your e-Invoice request.
5.2 Data Use: Your personal data will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the e-Invoice.
5.3 Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data.
6. Limitations of Liability
6.1 Service Availability: We strive to ensure the availability of our e-Invoice service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6.2 Liability: Hong Thai is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our e-Invoice service.
7. Dispute
Any dispute or complaint must be raised within 3 calendar days after in-store transaction. We reserve right to not entertain any dispute made after 3 calendar days.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our e-Invoice service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
